During the COVID-19 outbreak, the health and safety of our customers is our greatest concern. That is why we have decided to add additional sanitary measures when selling your devices.
Upon receipt, all devices will be wiped or sprayed with disinfectant. By doing this, we are able to kill 99% of viruses, bacteria, and germs. Each device will also be separated from other devices and will not come into contact with any other device.
Between each device, we ensure that our work stations are wiped down and sanitized.
Our facility has been thoroughly cleaned and our technicians and staff are practicing proper hand washing procedures as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control.
We are also increasing our capacity for all of our mail-in trade-in services on our site. We will continue to offer free shipping and pay out the day after your order has been received.
