Payment is collected after the repair service is completed. However, in the case that parts need to be ordered, payment may be collected up front. If you would like to know if we have a part in stock contact us.
You can find your phone or tablet model by going to settings > about device. You can also look on the original box or sometimes it is on the back of the device.
Appointments are not required at SmartphonesPLUS. Walk ins are always welcome!
We keep hundreds of replacement parts in stock and can complete most repairs within a few hours. There are some repairs that can take longer. Your SmartphonesPLUS technician will give you the estimated turnaround time after diagnosing your device.

For some models, we offer two different screen replacement options: OLED and LCD. An OLED (organic light-emitting diode) is a higher quality screen than an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). OLED screens have a higher color contrast and are more efficient than LCD screens. If your device came with an OLED display from the factory we would recommend getting an OLED screen replacement. This will allow your device to operate at peak performance. However, for some phone models, we offer the LCD screen replacement as an economical option.
Yes, many times water damage can be fixed. However, water damage repairs are not guaranteed or covered by a warranty. If your device is water damaged, we recommend stopping by our store as soon as possible to avoid any further damage and to increase the likelihood of a successful water damage repair.
Generally, when the screen goes black, but the device is functional (vibrates, rings, charges, etc.) it will need a screen replacement. Sometimes when a phone is dropped or damaged different colored lines can appear on the screen. This usually can be repaired with a screen replacement too.
We do not repair smartwatches (Apple Watches, Samsung Watches, etc.). Smartwatch repairs are generally not cost-effective. However, you can trade in your broken smartwatch for another one with us. Our stores keep a variety of smartwatches in stock.
